We offer a full refund on all non-sale items and on sale items with a discount of less than 40%.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
Note: This guarantee does not apply to items purchased with a discount of 40% or more. These are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Tracking & System Sync
Tracking events can take several days to sync. This delay does not indicate that an order is unprocessed or cancellable.
No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items
Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Sale items with a discount of less than 40% may be returned if they meet all return conditions.
Return Conditions
Sale items discounted by less than 40% must meet the same conditions as non-sale items (unused, original condition/tags, return initiated within 30 days, return-to-China address, RMA required, customer pays return shipping).
A $15 restocking fee per returned item applies to cover inspection and handling costs. This fee is deducted from the refund amount
No Returns or Refunds for trying different sizes
Customers are not permitted to purchase multiple identical items with the intention of trying different sizes. Such orders will not be eligible for return or refund."
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sofia’s Boutique Hamptons does not refund or cover return shipping fees under any circumstance.
All returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center in China. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted, processed, or refunded. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is shipped to the correct return address as provided by our support team.”
Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the agreement becomes binding. From this moment onward, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers must wait until their order has been delivered before submitting a return request, in accordance with the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
This section is consistent with Article 5 of our Terms of Service.
No Exchanges for Sale Items
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible on sale items, including for different sizes or colors. Please double-check your size before completing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you’ve received a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must first register your return request by emailing us at support@sofiasboutique-hamptons.com

- Product(s) you wish to return
⚠️ Important: Returns that are not registered by email will not be accepted or processed. In such cases, the return will be cancelled, and you will lose the right to a refund.
